This is a good field inventory to be building against — and that closing point is the important one to hold onto through the whole exercise: edit-screen order is irrelevant to display order. These fields (Birthday, Gender, Interested In, Relationship, Languages, Religion, Political, Address, Phone Numbers, Schools, Workplaces) live wherever CB's edit form puts them by default, but once we're pulling them into Layout boxes via [cb:userfield field="X" /] or [FIELD_NAME], we control the actual display grouping and order completely independently.
